Just import downloaded file in Adobe Photoshop style palette. To do it follow theese steps:

1) Open Styles pallete if you don’t have it in your working space (Window -> Styles)

2) In the Styles panel click on a button in the right upper corner and find there “Load styles…”

3) Find downloaded .ASL file and click “Load”.
